We offer tailored solutions for every aluminium sheet metal and tubular project. We provide fibre laser cutting for sheet metal, CNC bending for sheet metal and tube bending for a wide range of tubular profiles.
Thanks to our welding department, equipped with manual and robotic TIG and MIG processes, we guarantee high-quality welded joints in compliance with EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1 EXC3 for structural aluminium components.
With extensive experience in aluminium fabrication, we have become a trusted partner for the processing of this material within the metalworking industry.

We work with the main aluminium alloys used in fabrication — EN AW-5754, 5083, 6082 and 6060 — in both sheet metal and tubular form.

Production Control
Every order is monitored in real time. Upon completion of production, a report is generated and archived, containing all the detailed information for each production cycle involved.
Our GP90 management system ensures the traceability of raw materials and the processes used for each order.
BAR CODE
Bar code management to track the production process. Links work orders, raw material batches, certificates and resources used.
BATCH MANAGEMENT
Identification tags for the continuous monitoring of batches. They contain details of the customer, project, order, product, quantity and delivery.
TRACEABILITY
We link materials, certificates, operators and machinery to each individual order to ensure the finished product is fully traceable.
QUALITY CONTROL
We register the welder and the person responsible for visual inspections in accordance with UNI EN ISO 17637 and UNI EN ISO 6520-1.
