CNC bending is carried out using hydraulic and electric presses with a bending length of up to 3 metres. We specialise in aluminium sheet metal and tubular sections, but also evaluate stainless steel and iron, always working to technical drawings or samples provided by the customer, achieving very tight tolerances thanks to CNC programming.
For customers who also need laser cutting, both services are available in-house. We handle both small prototype batches and mass production, ensuring repeatability and consistent quality on every part.
Our team also supports the customer during the part design phase, optimising the bend geometries to reduce machining times and production costs. Every machining operation is tracked and documented.
We process the main aluminium alloys used in structural engineering EN AW-5754, 5083, 6082 and 6060, in both sheet and tubular form.

Beyond aluminium CNC bending of sheet metal, we also offer CNC tube bending with hydraulic machines and internal mandrel and fixed bend radii in various sizes, for processing aluminium, stainless steel and iron tubes of different cross-sections and thicknesses. Tubes are bent to the customer’s specifications, with the ability to produce complex geometries and tight radii whilst maintaining the integrity of the tube’s cross-section.
The processed tubes are then assembled and welded in our EN ISO 3834-2-certified welding department, ensuring a fully in-house production cycle. This integration enables us to control every stage of the process, from raw material to finished product, with optimised lead times and costs.
