Certified Structural Metalwork

In this gallery, we present some examples of our aluminium sheet and tubular work, bespoke-made for leading clients in the aerial work platforms and industrial lifting sectors.

Each order is managed in-house from design through to delivery, with full traceability of the production process and compliance documentation. We work primarily with 5000 and 6000 series aluminium alloys, selected on the basis of the required mechanical properties and the operating conditions of the finished product.

We manufacture aluminium personnel baskets and cradles for aerial work platforms and cranes. Each item is designed to the customer’s specifications or based on a sample; we operate in accordance with the ISO 3834-2 standard for Welding and EN 1090-1/3 EXC3 for Laser Cutting, with full traceability of the production process.

The baskets are supplied complete with technical documentation, structural calculations and CE marking where required. We manufacture both individual units and small batches, including to customer samples. The available configurations include single-seater and two-seater baskets, with side or front opening, suitable for tower cranes, self-propelled aerial work platforms and tracked spider lifts.

Our aluminium ladders are manufactured from sheet metal and tubular sections processed in-house using EN 1090-1/3 EXC3-certified Laser cutting, CNC Bending and ISO 3834-2 certified Welding. Thanks to our flexible production processes, they are available in a range of customised configurations to suit every application.

We use chequered sheet metal, smooth sheet metal and extruded profiles depending on the application. The ladders can be supplied with an anodised finish or painted to customer specifications. We manufacture spiral staircases, straight staircases, extensions and platforms integrated into the cage, all with welding certified to UNI EN ISO 3834-2.

We manufacture cover panels, toolboxes, containers and platforms from aluminium sheet. Each item is manufactured to the customer’s specifications; quality is guaranteed by our EN 1090-1/3 EXC3 and ISO 3834-2 certifications.

Among our most popular products are: protective casings, tubular structures for various applications, including structural ones, tool boxes and tanks. We manufacture to technical drawings or 2D/3D files supplied by the customer, with tolerances in accordance with the relevant standards. Each item is checked before dispatch, with dimensional checks and a visual inspection of the welds.
