Our fleet of machinery enables us to manage the entire production cycle in-house. This makes us a competitive supplier, capable of meeting a wide range of requirements.
We guarantee high quality standards, operating in full compliance with the relevant standards: UNI EN 1090-1 EXC3 for laser cutting, and UNI EN ISO 3834-2 for welding.
In addition to manufacturing to drawings or samples, we actively support our customers from the design stage right through to the production of their items. We also design the relevant welding jigs and all the specifications required to optimise production times and costs.
Our laser cutting department is equipped with a 6 kW fibre-optic machine with automatic loading and unloading, covering a working area of 1500 x 3000 mm. We primarily process aluminium sheet in the EN AW 5754 and 6082 alloys, AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel, and S235JR pickled sheet, with thicknesses ranging from 5/10 to 200/10 mm.
Our in-house laser cutting operations enable us to guarantee fast lead times, high dimensional accuracy and maximum flexibility for both small batches and mass production. Each order is linked to the relevant batch of raw material and tracked within our GP90 management system.
Alloys EN AW 5754 and 6082 Thicknesses: from 5/10 to 200/10
AISI 304 2B – 316 2B Thicknesses: from 5/10 to 200/10
S235JR sheet metal Thicknesses: from 5/10 to 200/10
CNC bending is carried out using hydraulic and electric presses with a bending length of up to 3 metres. We process aluminium, stainless steel and iron sheet metal to technical drawings or samples provided by the customer, achieving very tight tolerances thanks to CNC programming. We handle both small prototype batches and mass production in-house, ensuring repeatability and consistent quality on every part.
Our team also supports the customer during the part design phase, optimising the bend geometries to reduce machining times and production costs. Every machining operation is tracked and documented.
We have hydraulic tube bending machines with an internal mandrel and fixed bend radii in various sizes, for processing aluminium, stainless steel and iron tubes of different cross-sections and thicknesses. Tubes are bent to the customer’s specifications, with the ability to produce complex geometries and tight radii whilst maintaining the integrity of the tube’s cross-section.
The processed tubes are then assembled and welded in our ISO 3834-2-certified welding department, ensuring a fully in-house production cycle. This integration enables us to control every stage of the process, from raw material to finished product, with optimised lead times and costs.
